Exchange PolicyBlaze-N-Skyy’s in-store policy is 7 days exchange or store credit
with original receipt. For our online customers, we have extended the
time period to 14 days. If receipt is not present, you will be issued a
store credit for online use in the amount that the item is selling for
at the time of return.
If you are issued store credit, a certificate will be mailed
to you with the valid amount and an ID# that will be required for
future online purchase. If you misplace this certificate and/or ID#, we are not able issue a duplicate.
So please treat the certificate as if it were cash. We will also email
you a confirmation with the ID# in the subject line that you will need
to reply to in order for us to validate that you have received the
credit and activate your ID# within our system. We want you to be happy
with your purchase and will make every effort to assist you in finding
the right item to meet your needs.
We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot
honor exchanges after the 14 days period. In addition, we will not
issue a refund if the product has been returned to us damaged or has
been used, or chewed in any way. The item must be in its "new"
condition. All
sale items, personalized or custom items, perishable items (food
items), beds, shoes, toys and carriers are final sales and an exchange
will not be permitted.
A NOTE ON "INDESTRUCTIBLE" DOG TOYS: Blaze-N-Skyy
searches high and low to provide our customers with high quality pet
products. However, no item is considered "indestructible" and owners
are encouraged to supervise their pets to increase the longevity of the
chew toy. Items that are destroyed by way of chewing are the
responsibility of the owner. Blaze-N-Skyy does not replace
chewed dog toys.
Please measure your dog as accurately as possible. We have
provided diagrams and measurement specifications throughout our
website. Blaze-N-Skyy is not responsible if the clothing you
purchased does not fit your pet. We will exchange the product for a
different size or item, but you will be responsible for shipping and
handling. Item must be in "new" condition.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you need to exchange an item, please e-mail us at shop@blazenskyy.com or fax your request to us at 828.350.1123. After reviewing your request, we will reply with instructions on return shipping. Do not place another order for the product you would like to
exchange. If you place a new order before you receive authorization,
your credit card will be charged and you will be issued store credit
for your returned merchandise. Store credits are valid for one year and
can be used online or in our store.
Once your request has been authorized, please ship unused item
and our e-mail confirmation to:

We suggest that you send your products back via UPS or USPS with insurance and a delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Please do not send merchandise back to us until you have received our authorization to do so.
Upon arrival, your item will be exchanged for a new item(s) and
you will be charged for return shipping. In the event that the new
item(s) is greater than the returned item, your card will be charged
for the difference. If the dollar amount is less, you will receive a
store credit for the difference.
